Yep...this is so true...(btw i have lived in PR for 23 years).

 la super-m…en especially, we’re born ready to bregar — with an innate capacity to work through every struggle. Then, as we grow older, knowing we’re expected to be la super-mujer, we often don’t even consider our mental and emotional health.
