Thank you for this thoughtful writing. As a woman I am fully aware of the dangers I face when i go hiking. Mostly i am thinking of MEN....not wild animals etc... Always great to share these thoughts through writing to my male friends, some of whom are still oblivious to what woman face. Staying positive.
