…’t speak it, but the drink, her age, her tiredness, her own inexperience may all have played a part. I actually think it was probably that she was overwhelmed by a feeling that the situation required sex, had been set up for sex, but that’s not what she wanted. She didn’t have the words and just hoped I’d take the obvious hint.
