I have been an artist for most of my life; I spent my twenties as a scenic-artist painting giant backdrops for theater in England. I directed fringe theater shows; I wrote shows, I performed; I painted; I drew; I danced; I sculpted, helped organize raves, and I created digital art.
In 2022, I had a dream. Then I used AI. My journey with Midjourney began.

As an artist, for my whole life, I have always been drawn to innovative tools that make me break the boundaries of my creativity. I love to stare into my paintings, I love the flash of paint that can hit another color and create something I could never have intentionally done, and I love to wordsmith words.
I was enchanted with the physical process of painting in the 1980s, Photoshop stunned me in 1994, (I have never stopped using it), and now in the 2020s Midjourney has been a game-changer. I am happy to show you here some of my prompt-engineered creations, using both programs.
